Don't know why exactly, but I made a
spur-of-the-moment decision to drive down to Bagby Airfield for a couple of
hours before work today, then made a second spur-of-the-moment decision to call
in at RAF Leeming en-route too.

get a reg on it so any help appreciated.

Bagby Airfield

Bagby appears on the surface to have lost a lot of traffic in recent months, but I was assured this is not the case and aircraft that normally sat outdoors have now found hangarage. A lot of the people here are familiar with DTVA having been involved with GA here over the years, most having jumped ship due to rising costs etc and they didn't have any good words to say about the place sadly.
The guys and gals at Bagby are very friendly and relaxed (they were insulted that I was wearing a hi-viz!!) and a guy was quite happy to show me around the whole airfield, including the normally-restricted engineering hangar.
