1) The ’new’ airframes are replacing older squadron aircraft that have reached a high flying hours/fatigue total . More ‘new’ aircraft are due .
2) It is planned to make BAe at Leeming the RAF’s Hawk T1 Hub which will over-see all mtc of the fleet including the Red Arrows and Valley aircraft .
