A road trip to The Netherlands and Germany over a long weekend for 2 museum visits, an open museum store, some wrecks and relics and two military exercises looked like a good idea to get some numbers in the book and a load of good photos. The name of the trip came about when we looked at the amount of F-104 Starfighters we logged and as you may know "A Zipper" is one of the Starfighters nick-names so it just had to be, We left on Friday evening as per usual and went off South calling at......

After the drive to the tunnel and up the E40 motorway for an hour or so we arrived at Ostende, The call here was to look for the Ugandan AF AB-206 which is on its way to Africa but the early morning Mist put that to an end, yet another goes on the list for next time.
