"A trip to Photo'GRAF' some MiG's in Bulgaria"  Ade Hairsine-  11th - 20th Sept 2010

A road trip to Bulgaria was successfully completed this week after been given confirmation that out base visit to the Bulgarian AF's fighter base at Graf Ignatievo was in the bag (And there's the answer to the name of the trip). We set off in the early hours Saturday 11-09-2010 for Bulgaria calling at many places through the ten (10) different countries we passed through for wrecks and relics and the odd bit of active, This is what we logged on the way there and back hope it’s a good read. And yes it was a long way !
