Lockheed L-1011-1 TriStar Caledonian Airways
Delivered to British Airways in Oct 74, it was
leased to British Airtours on 21 Apr 85 until it was
transferred to Caledonian Apr 88, following a few sub
leases to Worldways as C-FCXJ it now had another spell
with Caledonian from April 90 it was retired and
scrapped at Abu Dhabi in Sep 04. It was visiting
Teesside on 17 Feb 91 operating a trooping charter to
Cairo. |

It was WFU in 1998 and currently an instructional
airframe with the KLM college at Norwich. |

Boeing 747-206B KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
Delivered in Sep 71 and remained with KLM until
Dec 92 when it was sold as F-GLNA it was withdrawn in
October 2002 and scrapped at Paris Orly, France in March
2003. Pictured here in Garuda tail markings it made two
visits in 1991 on MOD charters, the first during the
small hours of 30 March and the second in the early
afternoon of 31 March. Both flights were inbound from
Athens. (This was our first 200 series B747). |

1992 before spending time with a number of airlines as
F-GMJD it has now ended up with Trigana Air Services as
PK-YRT. This aircraft arrived around lunchtime as
SUL581/2 on 25th October 1991 on a charter from/to Faro. |

visited on 26 Jan 91 and 02 Feb 91 on Salzburg ski
charters as GBL995/4. |
