Notes and details on residents that have moved on to pastures new

NOTE 1 - Cobham Aviation Services Division officially have 6x Dassault Falcon 20's and Cobham Flight Inspection have 3x Beech 200's based here, aircraft are often away on exercise or deployed elsewhere, the aircraft listed are the ones currently flying from here.

NOTE 2 - C150 G-BPOS is no longer a resident. It has been seen with a new paint scheme (Aug 08) and moved to Spanhoe, Northants.

NOTE 3 - P28A G-BPKM was on loan to CFS and has now returned to its owner. It has been seen with a new paint scheme (Sep 08).

NOTE 5 - DA40 G-WBVS has moved out to Newcastle.

NOTE 6 - PA44 G-CFSA left on 04/09/08 it was owned by Northern Aviation when they ceased trading it moved out to Fishburn and was then sold as YR-BFL on 27/05/10.

NOTE 7 - BE20 G-OMGI was registered G-WNCH on 15/10/08 and has moved to Fairoaks to be operated by Winch Air.

NOTE 8 - R-22 G-FOGY was based here between May and the second week in October. It hasn't come back since.

NOTE 9 - PA38 G-BOLF crashed into the sea near Whitby on the evening of Friday 17th Oct 08 sadly killing the pilot, further info here.

NOTE 10 - C152 G-GFID returned following a loan spell here (16/10 - 22/12) while G-GFIB was on maintenance.

NOTE 11 - EC35 G-NEAU departed at the end of December to Newcastle and exchanged with their EC35 G-NESV.

NOTE 12 - P28A G-SUZN was operating from St George's new Newcastle base, but returned on 20/01/09, the aircraft based at Newcastle.

NOTE 13-  C421 N75FW transferred ownership from Northern Aviation to Ward Bros. The aircraft moved out 29/11/08 to Newcastle, was for sale at Leeds.

NOTE 14 - R-44 G-WYSP has moved on and is now registered in Canada as of 16/02/09 taken up C-FXRQ.

NOTE 15 - BE20 G-ONAL has been sold 23/02/09 to Unity Aviation of The Isle of Man, it is now WFU and the fuselage is stored at Boscombe Down 15/02/10 being broken up 03/12.

NOTE 16 - C150 G-ATRM has moved out to Fishburn, came back early 2010 but moved out again 13/05/10 back to Fishburn.

NOTE 17 - P28A G-SOBI has been sold and is now based at Sandtoft.

NOTE 18 - AC14 G-ZIPA and PA38 G-EORG have moved out to Fishburn early 2009.

NOTE 19 - BE20 G-BVMA no longer operated with the demise of Northern Aviation, has since returned & now operated by Dragonfly Aviation Ltd.

NOTE 20 - C152 G-GFIB  may have been exchanged for G-GFID, as G-GFIB was seen at Booker on 16/06/09.

NOTE 21 - C152 G-GFIC may have been exchanged for G-GFID at the end of June 09 but swapped again on 02/08/09.

NOTE 22 - C152 G-GFIB arrived on 06/09/09 and replaced G-GFID.

NOTE 23 - EXPL G-GNAA returned to PAS. Lease ended. Temp relocation of G-WAAN to DTVA from Otterburn, this ended Nov 09.

NOTE 24 - R-22 G-SIMS was sold in August 2009 to CDS Aviation of Kettering, Northants.

NOTE 25 - GA-7 G-BLHR arrived 16/06/08, CofA expired 13/04/09 seems to be stored WFU at Full Sutton last noted 11/07/09. Returned 18/01/10.

NOTE 26 - C152 G-BKWY the first of the Disley/CFS fleet to leave, was noted at Fishburn 18/11/09. Sold to Northumbria Flying School.

NOTE 27 - P28A G-BNTD another of the ex Disley/CFS fleet to leave, departed on 09/12/09, ret on 29/12/09, bought by Phil Thompson (Cleveland Flight Training). Now based in Carlisle.

NOTE 28 - C172 G-OPFT one of the ex Disley/CFS fleet left to a pvt site nr Cambridge 09/12/09. Sold to Just Plane Trading 18/12/09 now based Bournemouth.

NOTE 29 - P28R G-BMNL arrived 20/09/09 but following the demise of Disley/CFS it left early December, now based at a farm strip in the Highlands.

NOTE 30 - C152 G-BHFC one of the ex Disley/CFS fleet was noted at Bagby in November on maintenance. Bought by Phil Thompson (Cleveland Flight Training), now based in Carlisle.

NOTE 31 - C152 G-BPHT one of the Disley/CFS fleet, left sometime in Dec 09. Now registered to a Clive London, of Bushey.

NOTE 32 - YK52 G-YYAK  is for sale & is not returning, it was noted living in Belgium (08/11) and now resident at Lille-Lesquin (03/12)

NOTE 33 - P28A G-GALA moved out w/c 15/02/10 to Blackpool.

NOTE 34 - GA-7 G-BLHR  moved out early 2010 to Sherburn in Elmet.

NOTE 35 - C150 G-EJMG moved out to Fishburn early 2010 later that year it was sold in Portugal.

NOTE 36 - P28T G-BPXJ is now a resident at Bagby.

NOTE 37 - AS65 G-HEMS was operating for GNAA. It departed here 11/04/10 and was re-registered G-PDGK on 23/03/11 now based in Inverness.

NOTE 38 - BE20 G-BVMA of Dragonfly Aviation is no longer based here.

NOTE 39 - PA38 G-BKAS is now owned by G.Fox and is resident at Bagby.

NOTE 40 - C152 G-WACT is written off after a forced landing 20/06/10.

NOTE 41 - C401 N35KN departed to Henlow 21/07/10, now lives at Meppershall Farm, Beds (03/12)

NOTE 42 - SR22 G-JOEB was re-registered N925CC 28/09/10 and is based in Denham, it was the 4000th Cirrus built.

NOTE 43 - C152 G-GFIB returned to Blackpool 27/08/10 (replaced by G-GFIG).

NOTE 44 - C152 G-GFIG returned to Blackpool 04/10/10 (replaced by G-GFIC).

NOTE 45 - C152 G-BKAZ returned to Sherburn. No longer used by Durham Tees Flight Training.

NOTE 46 - DA42s G-DJET / G-DSKY are no longer based.

NOTE 47 - EC35 G-NESV was returned to Eurocopter UK 16/12/10.

NOTE 48 - P28A G-ATOO departed to Bagby on 6/07/10, now owned by Caralair at Grange-over Sands registered to them Oct 2010.

NOTE 49 - P28A G-BNTD has been sold departed to Carlisle on 24/01/11.

NOTE 50 - C152 G-GFIC has moved out to Fishburn, last noted departing here 03/11/10, since ret to Blackpool

NOTE 51 - P28R G-STEA departed to Sherburn in Elmet 15/12/10 having only been here since 03/09/10. Returned after maintenance at Bagby on 14/03/11.

NOTE 52 - DR40 G-CBBA has been sold in Germany as D-ESTC, dep here 18/01/11 at 0954.

NOTE 53 - PA38 G-BTFP had been operating for St George Flight Training here, it returned to Newcastle on 22/01/11.

NOTE 54 - CP21 G-BPPS has been sold. Departed DTV 14/03/11 to Bagby for inspection before flying to France at a later date.

NOTE 55 - C152 G-BHFC has been sold. Departed 08/02/11 to Carlisle for annual and never returned, now lives Cumbernauld (03/12)

NOTE 56 - BE20 G-FPLB has been Withdrawn from use. - location unknown (last here 09/01/11).

NOTE 57 - BE20 G-COBH has been Withdrawn from use - location unknown (last here 17/04/11).

NOTE 58 - M20F D-EKNA has moved to Fishburn for the summer, last noted here 19/04/11.

NOTE 60 - C152 G-BKWY was here from 19/05/11 (Bagby) to 27/05/11 (Newcastle) as cover for G-BXTB that was away on maintenance.

NOTE 61 - Trident 1C G-ARPO ex fire school has been moved to the North East Air Museum at Sunderland for restoration it left on 31/07/11 more details here and picture of its departure.

NOTE 62 - P28R G-TEBZ arrived on 19t/06/011 from Wellsbourne and returned there on 25/08/11.

NOTE 63 - EC55 PH-EQU of HeliHolland arrived 02/05/11 to be temp based operating to a ship working off the Tees coast, once work was completed it returned home on 25/08/11.

NOTE 64 - EC55 PH-EQU of HeliHolland arrived back again 11/10/11 for a final short spell, the ship is now closer to Amsterdam than Teesside so it will operate from there. departing back on 16/10/11.

NOTE 65 - B735 N249AN ex SkyExpress arrived here 15/06/11 and was disposed of 12/11/11 (more detail here).

NOTE 66 - SR22 G-VBCA was resident over the winter returned back to Bagby 02/12.
