It now flies as a corporate machine in Wyoming as N505R. (Others were also frequent visitors ),with G-BCRV first noted on 18 February that year.Flights op two or three times day between Teesside and Ekofisk (typically pumping platforms 36/22 and 37/04 ) until 15 August. Puma's then began to take over, G-BERG and G-BFEU operated most flights until by December they were on there own. G-BERG returned to Aberdeen on 1 May 1979 with G-BFEU the only Bristows a/c based for the rest of 1979 until it too returned to Aberdeen on 2 January 1980 - the end of Bristows Teesside base.
