Fokker F27 G-BHMZ Air UK, first registered in August 1980, this was a regular visitor on the Amsterdam/Aberdeen services. It stayed with Air UK until 1995 when it was stored at Norwich and scrapped a year later.

Boeing 737-4YO G-UKLA Air UK Leisure, bought new in 1980 and stayed as this until June 1997, it is now flying for Sky Airlines as TC-SKA. UKLA made its first visit on 2 Aug 1990 ( becoming the 11th series 400 to call at Teesside ) on a refuelling stop between Newcastle and Tenerife ( UKL 8515 ). A similar visit occurred on 20 Sep 90. Its only other visits were on Lyon ski charters ( 27/12/91, 10/1/92, and 14/2/92 ) but as the name Flagship St Andrew (see image ) was only applied sometime after  June 91 ( it was previously Flagship St George ) the date of the image is likely to be  one of the latter

Fokker F-28-1000 PH-MOL Air Anglia was first delivered in 1969 and has been leased to a number of airlines in its life it is currently stored at Bamaku, Mali as TZ-ASH of Air Mali.  PH-MOL of Air Anglia was a Newcastle diversion ( due snow ) with AQ 531 Paris Orly - Aberdeen at lunchtime 15 Feb 1979 The same flight diverted in 19 March 79 and 10 April 79 and the a/c also appeared on training details in 1978 and January 79

Shorts SD330-200 G-RNMO Air Ecosse operated as this between Dec 85 and Nov 90, having a spell with Gill Air it then became G-ZAPC with Titan, and was damaged beyond repair at Liverpool 3/1/97

Boeing 747-128  F-BPVD  Air France was delivered in 1970 this aircraft spent its entire life with Air France until 1994 when it was broken up at Oklahoma City. It visited on 1 June 1990 on a Lourdes charter.

Boeing 747-128  F-BPVG Air France it was delivered in 1972 it stayed with Air France until 1998 when it was sold to Air Atlanta as TF-ABG, it has recently been broken up at Marana,AZ still wearing Tunis Air colours its last leased operator. The aircraft visited on 25 May 1990 also on a Lourdes charter.

Boeing 757-200 PH-AHF  Air Holland, It  first started life with Martinair, it has had a number of owners since the inc Air Holland , it now flys with Jet2 as G-LSAB. It first visited on 12 April 1989 at the start of an extensive crew training programme which also involved other 757s in the fleet and was to last throughout 89 and 90, it was logged by Aidan Williamson on 12 April 1989

Jetstream 31   G-BRGN Air Kilroe, flew as this between March 87 and Feb 2006 when it was re-registered G-NFLA with the Cranfield University

DC-9-33 YU-AHW JAT in ZAS Egypt marks, was delivered to JAT in 1971 and remained as this until 1991, it is now stored at Naples as Z3-ARA.  It visited a number of times during 1990 on Yugotours IT flights to Pula and Dubrovnik,its first visit being 20 May 90. ZAS markings were carried due to its return from recent lease to ZAS
